theres a word stuck in my throat

many words really

and my mouth urges to spill them over

but maybe my patience is to blame

watching as i lose my mind

scrubbing away at the trashed table

i delude myself into thinking maybe they care

and im not alone in this

and they’ll join me

in a moment

to lose our minds together

clearing up the mess of the people

but who am i kidding?

if you had to choose,

to do something you dont want to, just

to accompany someone you love,

or turn a blind eye,

what would you choose?
